Q. Will the actors touch us?
A. No, the actors will not intentionally touch you.
Q. Are costumes allowed?
A. Yes, costumes are allowed except for masks and plastic weapons.
Q. How much is parking?
A. Parking is FREE!

A. Please check the hours page on the left.
Q. What is the best time to come?
A. The closer to Halloween we get, the longer the lines (and waits). The shortest wait times are usually during the first hour we are open. If you want to avoid the lines either arrive between 7-8pm or guarantee yourself no wait times by purchasing the VIP front of the line pass we offer.
Q. What if I am in line by closing time, will I get in?
A. Yes! We will remain open until every customer in line has been able to go through all attractions.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Please check the tickets page on the left.
Q. Is there an age limit?
A. No, however we want parents to be sure that their child is mature enough to enter. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and there will be no refunds after a ticket is purchased (in the case either of you chicken out). These attractions are not for the faint at heart.
Q. Is it scary?
A. Yes. Fear Overload is a high scare attraction with disturbing images, loud noises, and skilled actors. Fear Overload was voted Scariest Haunted House in California by HauntWorld.
Q. Can we take photos inside the attractions?
A. No, photography and video recording are not permitted.
Q. Can I exit out of Fear Overload at any time if I feel it is too scary?
A. Yes, there are emergency exits you can use to leave the attractions at any time. Please understand that once you leave, you cannot go back in and there are no refunds.
Q. If I get scared and leave the attraction can I get a refund?
A. No. Since you pay us to scare you, if you get so scared and can't make it through, then we did our job well.
Q. How many people can go through Fear Overload at a time?
A. Guests may go through in groups of up to 6 at a time.
Q. Is it the same each year?
A. No, we change our layout and design every year.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. No, sorry your pet will be scared and will not be allowed to go into the attraction.
Q. Do you offer group discounts?
A. Yes we do have group discounts for groups of 20 or more if booked in advance. Please send an email to sales@fearoverload.com for details.
