Q. Will the actors touch us?
A. If you do not touch our actors, our actors will not touch you. Someone might accidentally bump into you, but our actors will not intentionally grab you.
Q. Are costumes allowed?
A. Yes - as long as you take your mask off, do not wear any "BIG" costumes, and do not carry in any plastic weapons.
Q. How much is parking?
A. There is plenty of FREE parking in the mall parking lot!
Q. What time are you open?
A. Please check the hours page on the left.
Q. What is the best time to come?
A. The closer to Halloween we get, the longer the lines (and waits). The shortest wait times are usually during the first hour we are open. If you want to avoid the lines either arrive between 7-8pm or guarantee yourself no wait times by purchasing the VIP front of the line pass we offer.
Q. What if I am in line by closing time, will I get in?
A. Yes! We will remain open until every customer in line has been able to go through every attraction.

Q. Is there an age limit?
A. No, however we want parents to be sure their child is mature enough. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and there will be no refunds after a ticket is purchased (in the case either of you chicken out). These attractions are not for the faint at heart and are meant to scare. It is NOT corny or cheesy.
Q. Is it scary?
A. Yes! We are a high scare attraction. Our goal is to implant fear and scare you to death! We attack every possible fear and exploit as many senses as possible.
Q. Can we take photos inside the attractions?
A. No, photography and video recording are not permitted. If we catch you, you will be kicked out.
Q. Can I exit out of Fear Overload:Eternal Nightmare at any time if I feel it is too scary?
A. Yes, there are emergency exits you can use to leave any of the attractions at any time. Please understand once you leave you can not go back in and there are no refunds.
Q. If I get scared and leave the attraction can I get a refund?
A. No. Since you pay us to scare you, if you get so scared and can't make it through, then we did our job well.
Q. How many people go through Fear Overload at a time?
A. Guests may go through in groups of up to 6 at a time.
Q. Is it the same each year?
A. No, we change our layout and design every year.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. No, sorry your pet will be scared and will not be allowed to go into the attraction.
Q. Do you offer group discounts?
